Moving to the Central Victorian town of Kyneton from Melbourne provided a superb and visually stimulating environment, as well as the time to paint.
Janeta enjoyed participation in the Kyneton Art Group including some years as president, and still maintains her involvement.

As with her current membership of the Buderim Craft Cottage Art Group, many opportunities were provided for stimulating professional tuition and enrichment.
A past concentration on floral studies and watercolour painting is evolving into more abstract works which enable form and colour to merge in their message.

Janeta has exhibited in the basement gallery of the Castlemaine Art Gallery and recently was awarded the Lavender Acrylic Award at the Kynton Art Group Show.
