Sue Dingle:

Beginning around the age of 45, I have been drawing and painting for 8 years and have tried the mediums of oil, acrylic and pastels.  During that time most of my time has been spent in Ayr in North Qld and I have won a few prizes and sold a number of paintings through the annual Ayr Water Festival Art Exhibition hosted by the Burdekin Art Society.    I have completed pastel portraits of my husband and children, all being happy with the result.  And have done a number of paintings for extended family.    I love to paint for the creative relaxation.  It is also a great compliment when someone wants to purchase one of my paintings.  I enjoy attending the Monday night group and sharing ideas and good company.
